• Finalize production team and partnerships
• Secure permits for installation on Navajo land
• Finalize sustainable materials and sandbag fabrication plans
• Community outreach and volunteer recruitment begins
• Fundraising and UK/US grant applications in progress

• Begin fabrication of 3,456 eco-friendly sandbags
• Film pre-installation interviews with artists, elders, and collaborators
• Scout final installation site and coordinate logistics with Navajo Nation representatives
• Documentary production: story development and archival integration

January–March 2026
• Complete bag fabrication and prepare transportation
• Rehearse layout and finalize installation map
• Continue filming community involvement and preparation
• Launch educational companion materials for schools and online platforms

April 2026
• On-site installation of 24 Squared in Monument Valley
• Documentary filming during installation process
• Community gathering and ceremonial opening

May–July 2026
• Begin post-production on documentary film
• Host follow-up conversations and community reflections
• Begin editing behind-the-scenes footage and interviews

• 24 Squared Revisited documentary completed
• Premiere screening and community celebration
• Film festival submissions (Sundance, Hot Docs, BFI, etc.)
• Launch traveling exhibit, website content, and public engagement events
